The Parish Council normally meets bi-monthly on the second Thursday of the month and usually has attendees from Suffolk County Council and Mid Suffolk District Council..

Thursday 14th May (after the Annual Parish Meeting and not before 7.45pm)

Thursday 11th March

Meetings are held in the Hinderclay Village Hall starting at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated and members of the public are welcome to attend.

* The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Thursday 14th May before the Parish Council Meeting.  

Minutes are published as soon as possible after each meeting in draft form (on this website and on the parish notice board). These are then approved as a true record at the following parish council meeting, with amendments if necessary.
